Refund or Cancellation: Customers are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid if they are not satisfied, provided the request is made within 15 days of receiving the membership kit. For any clarifications, customers can contact customer care. However, refunds will not be processed after any service has been utilized. In the case of a full refund within 15 days, a basic processing or service fee will be deducted, and the fee amount will be communicated during the refund process.
Refunds will not be entertained—whether full or partial—after 30 days from the payment date or after the product documents have been received.
Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days .
Step 1: Contact your relationship manager to request a refund, providing a valid reason for cancellation.
Step 2: If the reason is deemed valid, the retention team will contact you to address your concerns. If the issue remains unresolved and you still opt for cancellation, the case will be escalated to the final approving authority with your reasons documented.
Step 3: Once approved, the refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days .
