Aarogya India Healthcare Services provides health benefits to its subscribed members, focusing on discounts for hospital consultations, treatments, labs, clinics, and preventive health check packages. These terms govern the use of services provided by Aarogya India.

General Information

Aarogya India offers discount cards for preventive and primary healthcare services, allowing members to access discounts at partnered facilities. It is important to note that Aarogya India is not an insurance company and is not regulated by IRDA. The services provided are not health insurance policies but discounted access to medical service providers at specific locations.

Members cannot combine these benefits with insurance claims on medical services. Aarogya India reserves the right to make updates, improvements, or corrections to services, terms, or product details without prior notice. By using Aarogya India services, members consent to be contacted via phone, SMS, or other modes for service-related and promotional communication, even if their number is registered on a DND or DNC registry. Discounts, vouchers, or offers provided are non-redeemable for cash.

Service Disclaimer

The company does not endorse specific medical service providers but facilitates appointments with options suited to customer needs. Aarogya India reserves the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue services at its discretion. Customers are advised to regularly review the terms of use and service terms, as well as verify service availability before making appointments.

Membership Details

Membership begins upon receipt of the membership fee and remains active until the expiry date mentioned on the membership card. Members will be notified of their membership expiry at least one month in advance. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure timely renewal, at least two weeks before expiry, to avoid service suspension. Renewal fees can be confirmed by contacting the helpdesk, and services will cease upon membership expiry if not renewed. In the case of a lost or damaged card, a duplicate can be issued for ₹250, with the membership duration remaining unchanged

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are available within 15 days of receiving the membership kit, provided no services have been utilized. Refunds will be processed after deducting a basic processing fee, which will be communicated at the time of refund. Approved refunds will take 10–14 working days to process.

Discounts

Discounts on medical services vary from 5% to 50%, depending on the service and provider. Aarogya India facilitates these discounts but does not guarantee uniform discounts across all services or providers.

Service-Specific Details

Doctor consultation vouchers must be utilized within their validity period, and appointments are subject to doctor availability. Any hospital registration charges must be borne by the member. Dental services and preventive health packages must also be availed within their validity periods. Aarogya India is not responsible for treatment results, quality, or reports provided by partner labs, clinics, or dental facilities.

Medical Practitioner Obligations

Medical facilities are expected to provide members with care equivalent to that offered to other patients. Aarogya India facilitates appointments but does not guarantee the quality of treatment or outcomes. Bills for medical services cannot be claimed for reimbursement, as the company only facilitates discounts.

Payment & Fraud Prevention

Payments should only be made through official channels. The company is not liable for payments made to unauthorized individuals. Customers are advised to verify all product details and terms before purchasing. Aarogya India is not responsible for false promises made by third-party agencies or advisors.

Company’s Rights

The company reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Members and service providers are responsible for staying informed about any changes.
